In order for us to take responsibility for the long-term and optimal care of our customers' systems, a high level of product-specific training for our service technicians is necessary. Additionally, the prompt availability of spare parts is of great importance for professional customer service. This can only be ensured for our own products.

After the commissioning of a stairlift or vertical lift system, the responsibility for carrying out the maintenance scope defined by the manufacturer is transferred to the owner. We recommend entrusting the maintenance to a specialized company. This ensures that the regular and correct maintenance of your system is guaranteed in the long term.
The price of a Garaventa Lift/Rigert maintenance contract depends on the product type and the intensity of use of the system. Our customer service will provide you with a customized proposal for a maintenance contract tailored to your situation.
After the warranty period, only the expenses incurred for the repair will be invoiced to keep the cost as low as possible. Repairs are, of course, free of charge (labor and materials) during the agreed warranty period.
