We provide impeccable, efficient, and reliable customer service. The size of our customer service team is crucial, as it enables us to operate extensively, quickly, and flexibly. Therefore, the customer service departments of Garaventa Liftech AG, Treppen- & Senkrechtlifte, and Rigert Treppenlifte have been merged and continued under the umbrella of Garaventa Liftech AG. Technical support is available daily, including weekends and holidays, from 07:30 to 17:30.

Personnel evacuations
For evacuation (personnel rescue), we recommend entering into an intervention service contract with Securitas AG (a partner of our customer service). You can directly arrange the contract with Securitas.
Key Depot: Thanks to deposited keys, evacuations in emergencies are effortless.
